Securiguard Services LTD is seeking experienced Retail Security Guards to ensure a safe shopping environment. Bringing 1 year of security experience, you’ll engage with customers while preventing incidents and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include monitoring retail environments and addressing any issues with discretion and effective problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prevent incidents and ensure customer safety

• Utilize CCTV software and two-way radio for communication

• Prepare professional daily and incident reports

• Manage crowds and resolve conflicts effectively

• Conduct arrests where authorized and necessary

Requirements:

• 1 year of retail security experience

• Valid Ontario Security License and First Aid certification

• Strong report writing and communication skills

• Ability to stand and patrol for 12 hours

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
