This role, crucial to our reputation, involves direct reporting to Monitoring Supervisors. You'll monitor CCTV systems, identify potential risks, and document incidents for effective follow-up. Your ability to stay composed in emergencies is essential for successful operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor CCTV feeds to ensure client safety
• Conduct surveillance to deter theft and vandalism
• Document incidents and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with law enforcement as necessary
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Preferred experience with emergency service contacts
• Calmness in high-pressure environments
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office
• Must be able to commit to 12-hour shifts
