Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct corporate surveillance for misconduct and theft

• Investigate workplace incidents of theft and fraud

• Verify disability claims through interviews and evidence collection

• Prepare comprehensive reports of findings

• Collaborate with legal teams during investigations

Requirements:

• Valid Private Investigator license in Ontario

• Willingness to travel extensively on short notice

• Capability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends

• Experience with confrontational situations and de-escalation

• Previous experience in policing or military is a bonus
