This Install Manager position requires direct HVAC installation or field experience and leadership capability. You will coordinate crews, materials, schedules, and job readiness while supporting safe, code-compliant work. The position emphasizes team development, customer satisfaction, and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Set safety, code, performance, and quality expectations
- Coordinate warehouse, office, labor, materials, and equipment staging
- Inspect field installations and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor job costing, job flow, completion, and punch lists
- Coach technicians and lead regular performance meetings
- Five to ten years HVAC trade experience
- Direct installation or field experience
- Three or more years leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of building codes, safety practices, and HVAC design
- Microsoft Office proficiency;
Service Titan experience is a plus
