Install commercial roofing systems with Flynn using TPO, EPDM, and PVC across industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings.
Flynn is seeking Roofers for an existing vacancy within its trade contracting organization. The work involves four and single-ply commercial roofing systems, waterproof sheet materials, vapor barriers, insulation, and roofing paper. Experience level and offered wage depend on the position and skill level.
Key Responsibilities:- Install or replace TPO, EPDM, and PVC roofing systems
- Install vapor barriers and insulation on flat roof decks
- Seal seams across installed vapor barriers and insulation layers
- Cut roofing paper to size using knives
- Nail or staple overlapping roofing paper strips
- Ability to install commercial roofing systems
- Ability to work with waterproof sheet materials
- Ability to install vapor barriers and insulation
- Ability to cut roofing paper using knives
- Ability to nail or staple roofing paper
