Industrial electricians can repair automated conveying systems and warehouse equipment at Walmart’s Cornwall, Ontario location. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and building systems in an automated environment.
This Maintenance Associate Electrician position supports repairs, preventative maintenance, construction, and installation across warehouse facilities. Responsibilities cover conveyors, HVAC, fire alarms, UPS systems, material handling equipment, and building automation. The role requires an electrical trade certification, blueprint interpretation, and strong lockout/tagout knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Repair and maintain automated conveying systems and support operations
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building systems
- Repair material handling and warehouse equipment
- Interpret electrical, mechanical, and structural blueprints
- Follow safety, manufacturer, and company procedures
- Be 18 years or older
- Hold an Industrial Electrician Trade Certification
- Hold Certified Construction/Maintenance Electrician certification
- Understand lockout/tagout procedures
- Follow provincial laws, training, and company procedures
