Are you the one we’re looking for?We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Youth Worker who demonstrates our values of compassion, accountability, responsiveness and empowerment to our clients, families and each other.
The Youth Worker is an integral part of the Wesley Youth Housing Family. With youth engagement, safety, programming and wellness on the brain, youth workers support young people and the team to ensure that youth are reaching their full potential and have access to all necessary supports and resources!
This is a temporary full-time, unionized position ending December 31, 2026. The position is 40 hours per week, with scheduled hours of work Wednesday - Sundays 11pm – 7am (Overnight shifts). The rate of pay for this position is $20.50 per hour plus a 50-cent night shift premium.
