Key Responsibilities:

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients

• Conduct intake assessments and manage client cases

• Create safety plans and risk assessments for clients

• Document case files and maintain accurate service records

• Advocate for clients within the legal system

Requirements:

• Degree in social services or related field

• One year of relevant case management experience

• Skills in conflict resolution and crisis intervention

• First Aid/CPR certification is an asset

• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check required
