Become an Advocate for Women’s Crisis Support at YWCA Hamilton! This vital temporary role offers 15 hours weekly, providing critical services to women and gender-diverse individuals.
YWCA Hamilton invites applications for this part-time position, focused on crisis intervention and supportive services for diverse populations. You will conduct assessments, develop goals, and facilitate community partnerships to empower those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver crisis intervention and supportive counselling
• Conduct assessments to tailor services for clients

Requirements:
• 2 years college education in social work or equivalent
• 1-3 years crisis management experience
• Familiarity with challenges faced by women
• Must obtain a current police check
• First Aid and CPR certification required
