Mobile Case Manager at Shepherd

Position: Mobile Case Manager at Good Shepherd
Support individuals at risk of homelessness with Good Shepherd as a Mobile Case Manager. Provide essential crisis intervention and case management services in various community settings.
This role requires post-secondary education in Social Service and a minimum of one year of related experience. Your main responsibilities include offering mobile support, conducting assessments, and collaborating with community agencies for effective service delivery. The position allows for meaningful impact within a values-based environment focusing on harm reduction and trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide brief mobile case management services to at-risk individuals

• Collaborate with shelter staff to assess shelter eligibility

• Coordinate with agencies for housing and support services

• Attend community appointments with service users

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Social Service or related field

• Minimum 1-year experience in community outreach or shelter setting

• Understand anti-racism and feminist frameworks

• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills

• CPR certification and valid G license required
