This role involves working closely with clients experiencing homelessness, ensuring they receive the shelter, food, and case management support necessary. You'll employ crisis intervention techniques and provide supportive counseling as you navigate complex community resources. Key Responsibilities:
• Help clients identify their personal aspirations
• Partner with community organizations for comprehensive support
• Perform initial assessments for clients in need
• Deliver crisis intervention and advocacy services
• Document client progress and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or related field
• Experience with trauma and marginalized populations
• Proven skills in crisis de-escalation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
• Must obtain necessary certifications as required
