Key Responsibilities:
• Handle an assigned caseload with detailed documentation
• Implement effective Career Plans for 100% of participants
• Facilitate timely access to necessary support resources
• Design and furnish impactful job search materials
• Offer retention support for up to a year post-employment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or similar
• Prior experience with community-based support systems
• Understanding of workforce development principles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Capacity to handle diverse participant needs
