Position: Case Manager for Good Shepherd Services
Join Good Shepherd as a Case Manager to help individuals at imminent risk of homelessness. This full-time role focuses on crisis intervention and personalized housing support in a compassionate setting.

In this position, you will apply your background in social services to provide vital mobile case management and diversion services. As an essential member of the team, you will collaborate with shelter staff and community agencies to facilitate personalized support for service users. You will execute assessments and engage with clients across various settings, ensuring their needs are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mobile case management to at-risk individuals

• Complete assessments for emergency shelter eligibility

• Partner with agencies to enhance service delivery

• Support clients during community and housing appointments

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Social Service or similar

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field

• Solid understanding of anti-oppressive practices

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

• Valid G license is necessary
