This position offers a rewarding opportunity for a registered Social Worker, either with a Bachelor of Social Work or a Master of Social Work degree. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct bio-psycho-social and mental health assessments

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions

• Plan and deliver rehabilitative treatment programs

• Liaise with community resources for effective referrals

• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs

Requirements:

• Registration with Ontario College of Social Workers

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work

• Experience with trauma-informed practices

• Knowledge of relevant legislation
