Position: Mary's Place Case Manager Role
Become a Case Manager at Good Shepherd's Mary's Place, providing essential support services to clients. In this part-time role, your focus on case management and supportive counseling will truly make a difference.

This permanent position requires engagement with both residential and non-residential clients while working Sunday overnight shifts. Responsibilities include assessing clients' needs, designing service schedules, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Your efforts will help foster a supportive environment for individuals facing various challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a personal caseload of clients

• Conduct thorough intakes and assessments

• Design evaluation schedules for program participants

• Uphold confidentiality regarding clients and staff

• Observe health and safety protocols within the residential program

Requirements:

• Completed post-secondary education in a related discipline

• Strong knowledge of issues affecting vulnerable populations

• Preferred background in residential support roles

• CPR certification desired or must be willing to obtain

• Valid Ontario driver’s license (G) is a plus
