Step into a fulfilling role as a Case Manager at Good Shepherd, supporting clients through effective housing assistance. Engage in meaningful work involving crisis intervention and case management.
In this part time role, your responsibilities include developing a caseload and conducting comprehensive assessments of clients. You will implement strategies for evaluating program success while ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, crucial in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and manage a diverse caseload
• Execute intake procedures with accuracy
• Coordinate assessment and evaluation schedules
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of all client information
• Enforce health and safety rules within the residential program
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Insight into challenges faced by marginalized groups
• Experience in a residential environment preferred
• Commitment to social justice values
• CPR certification and Ontario driver's license considered assets
