Rapid Case Manager - Women's Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments seeking to divert from emergency shelter

• Collaborate with shelters and community organizations

• Accompany clients to vital community appointments

• Conduct assessments for shelter eligibility

• Follow health and safety compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Service or a relevant field

• One year of experience in related outreach or shelter settings

• Knowledge of harm reduction practices

• Strong interpersonal and time management skills

• Must have a valid G license for driving
