Key Responsibilities:

• Offer emergency shelter and support services

• Employ Housing First strategies in client interactions

• Maintain professionalism in all communications

• Directly support individual comfort and safety

• Manage your caseload and assist with counseling plans

Requirements:

• Education in social services or relevant lived experience

• Familiarity with community resource networks

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• CPR certification and conflict resolution expertise

• Commitment to anti-oppressive and anti-racist practices
