Reporting to an Ontario Works Supervisor, this position involves providing essential support to Case Management operations. Successful candidates will deliver client-centered services, help determine eligibility for benefits, and ensure accurate data entry in SAMS. You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals and families navigating social services and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct customer service and triage needs
• Determine financial eligibility for various benefits
• Process applications and client information securely
• Assist clients with necessary Ontario Works forms
• Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• Two-year Community College Diploma in Social Services
• Experience in client-centered service and support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage crisis situations effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
