Position: Intensive Case Manager at Good Shepherd
Contribute to lasting change for the community as an Intensive Case Manager with Good Shepherd. This role provides essential support and guidance for individuals facing homelessness while utilizing trauma-informed care.

At Good Shepherd, we serve residential and non-residential clients through a person-centered approach. As an Intensive Case Manager, you will offer support services including case management, crisis intervention, and counseling. Your work will directly impact youth, women, and families in need, enhancing their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide trauma-informed case management for clients in need

• Collaborate with agencies to secure housing and services

• Conduct community visits and accompany clients to appointments

• Work independently and within an interdisciplinary team

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Minimum 1-year experience in social services

• Strong knowledge of homelessness and related issues

• Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills

• Valid G license and CPR certification required
