Position: Direct Support Facilitator with CLH
Support adults and children with diverse abilities as a Direct Support Facilitator at Community Living Hamilton. Engage clients through recreational, social, and learning activities within the community.

As part of Community Living Hamilton, the largest developmental disability service provider in the region, you will assist diverse individuals in achieving their full potential. This role requires significant commitment, strong teamwork, and a positive approach to diverse abilities. Whether providing social supports or overseeing recreational programs, you will be vital in enriching the lives of people with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging social and recreational activities for clients

• Promote community inclusion and participation

• Support individual learning objectives and personal development

• Facilitate safe and supportive environments

• Collaborate with other staff to meet client needs

Requirements:

• DSW, SSW, or Social Sciences degree/diploma preferred

• 2 years experience with adults with developmental disabilities

• Valid G-class driver’s license required

• Strong commitment to clients' well-being

• Positive attitude towards diverse abilities
