By assessing housing needs and assisting residents through the housing process, you will empower individuals and families to find stability. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client intake and assessment for housing services

• Support residents in housing searches and lease signings

• Develop tailored discharge plans for clients

• Ensure client confidentiality and safety compliance

• Observe health and safety regulations diligently

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field required

• At least 1 year of direct client care experience

• Familiarity with issues affecting marginalized groups

• CPR certification or willingness to obtain

• Valid Ontario driver's license (G) mandatory
