Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and manage shifts to achieve program objectives
• Facilitate treatment and support plans for clients
• Documentation and administration of medications
• Coordinate activities to engage individuals in the community
• Conduct quality assurance checks for program spaces
Requirements:
• Degree in Developmental Social Work or related field
• At least one year of experience in human services
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Crisis Intervention certifications
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Clean Ontario Class “G2” Driver’s License required
