Team Leader, Social Work

Position: Full-Time Team Leader

This role invites you to create and implement individualized goals while leading a team dedicated to uplifting others. You will manage frontline support, scheduling, community involvement, and ensure quality assurance measures are met in the program. Your contributions are vital in fostering an environment of dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and manage shifts to achieve program objectives

• Facilitate treatment and support plans for clients

• Documentation and administration of medications

• Coordinate activities to engage individuals in the community

• Conduct quality assurance checks for program spaces

Requirements:

• Degree in Developmental Social Work or related field

• At least one year of experience in human services

• Current First Aid, CPR, and Crisis Intervention certifications

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities

• Clean Ontario Class “G2” Driver’s License required
