Position: Good Shepherd Crisis Intervention Case Manager
Engage with clients at Good Shepherd as a part-time Case Manager focusing on crisis intervention and support. Work on weekends at Martha House, delivering vital housing services.

This role at Good Shepherd's Women Services - Martha House focuses on providing comprehensive case management. The successful candidate will work independently to assess clients, ensuring respectful and appropriate housing support. You’ll also contribute significantly to evaluating program effectiveness while promoting dignity and self-determination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients

• Perform intake assessments for new residents

• Design quality of life evaluation schedules

• Maintain confidentiality on client information

• Follow health and safety regulations constantly

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant area

• Deep understanding of issues regarding trans and non-binary individuals

• Residential experience preferred

• Strong skills in Intake and Assessment practices

• Valid Ontario driver’s license is an asset
