As part of the Good Shepherd - Martha House team, you will conduct assessments, create tailored housing plans, and offer guidance to clients throughout their housing journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform intake and assessments for housing services

• Support clients in lease signings and unit searches

• Develop personalized discharge plans

• Preserve confidentiality regarding client details

• Adhere to health and safety protocols in all activities

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education required

• Minimum 1 year experience in social services

• Insights into issues affecting various demographics

• Valid Ontario G driver's license required

• CPR certification or readiness to undertake training
