Key Responsibilities:
• Assess housing needs to understand tenant barriers
• Create personalized housing support plans for members
• Identify affordable housing options available locally
• Build rapport with local landlords and property managers
• Educate members on tenant rights and advocacy resources
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 2 years in case management or housing roles
• Familiarity with housing resources and regulations
• Strong advocacy and relationship-building skills
• Experience with vulnerable populations
