Position: Facilitator for Diverse Abilities Programs

CLH provides robust support for individuals with developmental disabilities, and the facilitator role is vital to this mission. You'll work directly with clients, implementing programs that enhance their learning and community involvement. Commitment to making a difference is essential in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver recreational and educational activities to clients

• Support clients in community participation initiatives

• Build rapport to understand client needs

• Champion client independence and skill development

• Collaborate with team members for program success

Requirements:

• Relevant DSW or SSW degree/diploma

• Two years of experience preferred in supporting adults

• Valid G class driver’s license in good standing

• Strong appreciation for diverse abilities

• Consideration for additional training in mental health or ASD
