In this role, you will work closely with clients experiencing homelessness, providing tailored services within a housing-focused framework. Seeking candidates with at least three years of experience in the housing and homelessness sector, you will leverage your knowledge of mental health, addiction, and trauma-informed care. Your goal is to develop individualized plans that enhance quality of life and lead residents to stable housing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals, couples, and pets in a safe setting
• Implement client-directed housing plans for better living
• Foster a welcoming and secure program environment
• Provide housing-focused case management services
• Utilization of your strengths-based service skills
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in housing and homeless services
• Diploma/degree in Social Service required
• Advanced crisis intervention and mental health knowledge
• Experience with clients facing complex barriers
• Ability to work with diverse populations including those with pets
