Elevate service excellence with Sensity as a Service Support Specialist. Your expertise in Intervenor services will enhance community programs and support individuals with diverse needs.
As a key player, you will lead practice-based initiatives and mentor Intervenors in communication strategies and environmental adaptations. In collaboration with the Operations Manager, ensure high-quality service by shaping training and onboarding experiences while addressing complex service challenges across Supported Living and Community programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach Intervenors in best practices for service delivery
• Produce program visit summaries for team learning
• Design individualized onboarding experiences
• Collaborate on training delivery and competency development
• Reinforce compliance through education and support
Requirements:
• Diploma in relevant human services field
• Experience with developmental disabilities and mental health
• Proficiency in American Sign Language or Signed Exact English
• Valid Class G driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs occasionally
