Position: Full-Time Housing Support Coordinator - Indwell
Transform lives as a Full-Time Housing Support Coordinator with Indwell in Hamilton, Ontario. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and utilize a trauma-informed approach to promote housing stability and wellness.

In this essential role, you will support individuals with mental health and substance use challenges, aiding in their recovery through personalized service plans. Your expertise in crisis intervention, harm reduction, and community resources will empower tenants from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals and develop life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build therapeutic relationships with residents to foster recovery

• Create and implement individual support plans with tenants

• Connect residents to essential community resources

• Conduct intake and orientation for new residents

• Facilitate engaging group programming and activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

• Experience with case management for serious mental illness

• Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check or willingness to obtain

• Standard First Aid & CPR certification required

• Valid “G” class driver’s license with vehicle
