Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with housing-focused case management
• Deliver crisis intervention and supportive counseling services
• Maintain a safe and respectful shelter environment
• Provide training for Shelter Emergency Workers
• Document interactions professionally for continuity of care
Requirements:
• 3+ years in the housing sector or related education
• Degree or diploma in social services
• In-depth knowledge of mental health and substance use
• Experienced in delivering trauma-informed care
• Fluency in additional languages is an asset
