Position: Good Shepherd Youth Services Worker Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage individual cases and foster community development

• Implement crisis prevention strategies effectively

• Educate clients through life skills programs

• Develop engaging social and recreational activities

• Advocate for youth and assist with community connections

Requirements:

• Education in social services or related fields

• Proven experience working with youth in similar settings

• Willingness to achieve CPR certification

• Strong commitment to anti-oppressive practice

• Additional language fluency considered advantageous
