Community-Focused Team Leader

Position: Community-Focused Team Leader Role
Make a difference as a Community-Focused Team Leader with The Salvation Army in Hamilton, Ontario. This full-time position emphasizes leadership and individualized client support to drive community engagement.

As Team Leader, you will oversee programming and ensure that goals align with client needs.

Your role includes providing direct support, managing team dynamics, and coordinating community activities. You will play a pivotal part in enhancing the quality of life for individuals we serve, adhering to our mission of support and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan individualized support programs for clients

• Lead shifts and foster team collaboration

• Manage documentation using AIMS Case Management software

• Facilitate client engagement through community activities

• Conduct regular quality assurance inspections of program areas

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Human Services field

• Minimum one year experience with developmental disabilities

• Valid First Aid and Crisis Intervention certifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid Class “G2” Driver's License required
