As an Outreach Coordinator, you will conduct assessments, deliver educational workshops, and maintain key relationships with referral agencies. By facilitating access to resources and ensuring follow-up care, you will help youth overcome barriers to participation. This position requires travel to various communities, including remote locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Present workshops and sessions on WBTC services
• Respond to inquiries from communities and referral agencies
• Coordinate applications and admissions processes
• Identify participation barriers for at-risk youth
• Assist with transportation and client-support activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with one year of experience
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• First Aid/CPR and crisis intervention certifications
• Knowledge of First Nations culture is an asset
Support at-risk youth and promote healing through your outreach expertise at White Buffalo Treatment Centre.
