St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton is seeking a Registered Social Worker in Social Work Services for a 7‑month, full‑time term across Charlton Campus and Satellite Health Facility.
You will provide psychosocial assessments, counselling, case management, discharge planning, education, and service coordination to support recovery and quality of life per OCWSSW standards. Requirements include a Bachelor of Social Work, registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service
