Position: Care Focused Social Worker for Grief Support

This role requires adherence to ethical standards and effective teamwork within the Hospice & Palliative Care program. Candidates must have an MSW and a proven track record in clinical settings, particularly in grief support and palliative care environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical assessments related to bereavement care

• Offer individualized and group therapeutic support

• Coordinate with community partners for client resources

• Contribute to interdisciplinary treatment strategies

• Assist in the training of future professionals

Requirements:

• MSW degree required with OCSWSSW registration

• At least 5 years in a clinical role

• 2+ years' experience with end-of-life care preferred

• Comprehensive understanding of grief across various populations

• Proficient in delivering culturally appropriate care
