This position at Good Shepherd – West Ave serves both residential and non-residential clients. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload, conduct assessments, and design evaluation schedules to ensure quality of life improvements. You will work independently in a values-driven atmosphere while performing necessary physical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a caseload of clients

• Complete intake and assessment for each resident

• Design interview schedules for quality of life evaluations

• Ensure confidentiality of client and Centre's records

• Comply with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• Knowledge of issues impacting marginalized communities

• Experience in a residential setting preferred

• Commitment to Good Shepherd's mission and values

• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
