Key Responsibilities:

• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for youth.

• Collaborate with Provincial Youth Outreach Workers.

• Encourage youth participation in engaging activities.

• Act as a role model for positive youth behaviors.

• Participate in staff meetings and supervision.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Child and Youth Work or related fields preferred.

• Minimum one year of experience working with youth.

• Sensitivity in multicultural settings.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Ability to speak Arabic or Somali is an asset.
