Wesley is looking for an energetic Relief Youth Worker who will provide engaging activities for youth, from basketball to homework support. Attention to building a safe environment and fostering strong relationships is essential. You will also work closely with Provincial Youth Outreach Workers to connect youth with necessary resources while maintaining flexible working hours during evenings and summer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate an inclusive space for youth participation.

• Collaborate with the outreach team for tailored support.

• Promote activities that engage youth in meaningful ways.

• Participate in staff development and program improvements.

• Collect and report relevant statistics as necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Child and Youth Work or related fields preferred.

• Minimum one year of experience with youth.

• Comfort in multicultural environments.

• Strong verbal communication skills required.

• Knowledge of Arabic or Somali is a valuable asset.
