Join Good Shepherd as a Case Manager and play a crucial role in supporting individuals at West Ave. This temporary full-time opportunity involves flexible scheduling to provide essential housing support services.
You will have the ability to impact lives through client-focused case management and supportive counseling. The role includes managing a caseload, performing intake assessments, and designing evaluation strategies for client progress. Work independently in a supportive, values-oriented environment while adhering to health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and develop individual client caseloads
• Conduct intakes and comprehensive assessments for residents
• Coordinate evaluation schedules for tracking client improvement
• Ensure the confidentiality of all client information
• Participate in health and safety initiatives in the workplace
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education in a related field
• Knowledge of issues impacting diverse individuals
• Experience in residential case management preferred
• C.P.R. certification or willingness to complete training
• Valid Ontario driver's license is advantageous
