You will ensure operational excellence and accelerate cloud and data platform adoption within Guidewire's Product Development & Operations (PDO) organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple AI Services engineering pods and teams

• Champion AI coding tools to boost productivity

• Provide feedback and manage engineer performance

• Collaborate on technical decisions for AI platform services

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI Services

Requirements:

• 15+ years of software engineering experience

• 6–8+ years in people management

• Proven leader of engineering teams or pods

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools

• Strong programming background in Java, JavaScript, Type Script, or Python
