Transform customer service at Stryker as an Intelligent Automation Engineer. This hybrid position focuses on building and supporting innovative automation solutions using RPA and AI.
As a key player in Stryker’s global Intelligent Automation team, you will design, implement, and monitor solutions that enhance the customer experience. This role bridges technical skills in automation engineering with business process improvement, ensuring solutions meet both global and local standards effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design automation solutions using RPA and low-code tools
• Build standardized workflows to reduce manual tasks
• Create user-friendly interfaces for business applications
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing automation solutions
• Conduct thorough testing and support for deployment
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in relevant field
• Minimum 4 years experience in automation development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure automation resources
• Bilingual (French) and industry experience preferred
• Relevant certification in automation tools advantageous
