Key Responsibilities:
Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
Debug agent traces across multi-step interactions
Stress test agents in real-world scenarios
Provide high-density technical feedback on system behaviors
Requirements:
At least two years of backend engineering experience
Experience with AI automation or complex systems integration
Ability to build production-grade modular software
Experience handling live, non-mocked environments
Strong attention to detail and technical communication
