Cardinal Couriers is looking for motivated individuals to join our team. This position is responsible for loading orders into an assigned company vehicle and following a predetermined route to ensure that all deliveries are made safely and on time. This is a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment that requires driving, lifting, lowering, and carrying packages to ensure damage‑free delivery.

• Accompany the driver on delivery routes and help in timely and accurate deliveries.
• Carry packages to the delivery location and designated drop‑off points.
• Complete pick‑ups and deliveries throughout the evening for pre‑8 am parcel availability deliveries/pick‑ups.
• Participate in loading and unloading materials on outgoing trucks by repetitive lifting.
• Complete pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and operate company equipment safely.
• Daily submission and completion of all required documentation in an accurate manner, to be submitted to Night Supervisor and/or Operations Manager as soon as possible.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers and sub‑trades.

• DZ License: 2 years (required)
• Minimum 2–3 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean driver abstracts and CVOR report
• Previous warehouse shipping/receiving experience
• Perform responsibilities safely, in accordance with company policies
• Independent and self‑starter
• Exceptional communication and multi‑tasking skills
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs
• Maintain an organized and clean environment
