This permanent position consists of shift work, with potential overtime and weekend hours. You'll be responsible for operating forklifts, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining communication with truck drivers. Your experience in a demanding environment will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate industrial lift trucks and counterbalanced forklifts
• Efficiently load, unload, and handle materials from trailers
• Verify material quantities and paperwork with drivers
• Assist in sorting, stacking, and organizing materials
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
• 2-3 years forklift operating experience required
• Certification in Forklift Operation essential
• Familiarity with basic computer operations
• Propane certification preferred
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs safely
