In this role, you'll manage fleet operations, drawing on your 2+ years of dispatching experience to ensure effective communication between customers, drivers, and scale operators. Your ability to adhere to regulations and monitor driver compliance will be essential in optimizing our delivery services while maintaining safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate customer service calls and logistics
• Facilitate communication between drivers and yard operations
• Monitor driver compliance with provincial regulations
• Track orders actively and plan pickup routes
• Ensure safe operational procedures are in place
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant fleet dispatching experience
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and dispatch software
• Strong customer service background and professionalism
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Knowledge of MTO regulations and documentation
