In this role with Insomnia Cookies, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive delightful treats. You’ll be responsible for checking each order's accuracy, making timely deliveries, and providing a top-notch customer experience. Knowledge of the area around York University will help you navigate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure order accuracy and quality control
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream safely
• Maintain positive interactions with customers
• Use the delivery app for real-time order updates
• Display a lit topper on your vehicle while delivering
Requirements:
• Ownership of a vehicle with valid insurance
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience with a G2
• Ability to provide a transparent driver’s abstract
• Proficient in English and basic math for transactions
• Familiarity with the York University vicinity is advantageous
