American Iron & Metal (AIM) is hiring for an Experienced Highway Driver who will navigate cross-border routes and handle freight pickups and deliveries. You will perform critical inspections and follow MTO/DOT regulations while contributing to a sustainable future within a family-owned integrated company. This role guarantees weekly home time and works with the latest truck models, fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute timely and safe freight pickups

• Conduct comprehensive inspections before and after trips

• Log e-logs accurately as per regulations

• Liaise with dispatch and customers on delivery statuses

• Secure cargo safely per AIM standards

Requirements:

• Clean CVOR and valid AZ driver's license

• Minimum 3 years driving experience required

• Experience with manual 18-speed transmissions

• Valid Passport and physical capability for tarp handling

• Knowledge of metal recycling processes is a plus
