Dynacare seeks a dedicated Hamilton Health Courier to manage crucial medical deliveries. This full-time position offers Monday-Friday shifts from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm and the opportunity to work with a respected healthcare provider.
As a medical courier, you will operate a 5-ton truck on the HMD 02 - MDRD Truck Route, emphasizing safe transportation of medical samples and reports. Your courteous and respectful demeanor will represent Dynacare, while ensuring all deliveries are timely and comprehensive. Attention to detail is critical as you handle sensitive items and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver medical samples and hospital equipment safely
• Ensure timely dispatch of medical reports and mail
• Uphold a professional appearance and behavior as a representative
• Secure the vehicle and its contents at all times
• Execute scheduled pickups with precision
Requirements:
• Valid G driver's license and clean driving record
• Minimum of 1 year in a commercial driving or courier role
• Familiarity with 5-ton truck operation
• Certification in Transportation of Dangerous Goods
• Physically capable of lifting 30 pounds
