Earl Paddock Transportation Inc. is a family‑run carrier known for strong driver relationships, low turnover, and a can‑do culture. We’re growing and hiring experienced AZ Drivers who can operate manual transmission trucks and want to be home daily.
What You’ll Do:- Local driving with manual transmission Kenworth trucks
- Haul flatbed freight (legal and oversized)
- Secure loads and complete daily inspections
- Work closely with dispatch for smooth deliveries
- Home every day
- Manual transmission fleet
- Dedicated equipment (Kenworth)
- Benefits package
- Professional, respectful dispatch team
- Valid AZ Licence
- Manual transmission experience
- Flatbed experience (asset)
- Solid communication and safety‑first mindset
